Who it is for
For those who give room to growth, and time to the strategy.
Keystone21 is designed for private and corporate investors who want to benefit from the long-term potential of Bitcoin, without having to follow the price or make trading decisions themselves.

A place in your portfolio
Keystone21 is designed for capital that is given room for a long-term theme, without you having to become a specialist yourself. Do you recognise yourself in one of these situations?
You want to participate without becoming a specialist
You do not need to become a Bitcoin specialist or active trader to take part in this theme professionally. Keystone21 organises the fund structure, allocation, monitoring, reporting and risk discipline. You are looking for an addition to a traditional portfolio
Keystone21 is a specialised addition to your existing portfolio. You keep liquidity, while allocation, risk monitoring and reporting are organised professionally. You are used to investing in companies for the long term
You often commit capital to individual companies for years. Keystone21 offers access to a different long-term theme, with professional governance and considerably more liquidity. You are looking for a professionally structured allocation
Keystone21 is a specialised Dutch fund manager for a controlled Bitcoin allocation, supported by independent fund administration, NAV calculation, KYC, compliance and periodic reporting. You want your capital to have social meaning as well
Financial return is the primary objective of the fund. Social impact is shaped transparently and separately from the investment mandate, at the level of the manager.
Participation means
An attractive risk-return profile
You seek the growth potential of Bitcoin, with a strategy that actively works to limit downside risk.
A horizon of four years or more
The added value of the strategy shows over a full market cycle. We recommend a holding period of at least four years.
An eye for the opportunities
You do not necessarily have to believe in Bitcoin itself. Anyone who sees that the financial system is changing, with digital assets as part of it, and wants to benefit from those opportunities, will find a systematic approach here instead of their own timing.
No time or expertise for active management
The fund takes care of price monitoring and trading decisions.
Minimum investment of € 100,000
Private or corporate. The full amount is paid on entry. Additional deposits are possible from € 10,000.
Contributing to impact indirectly
You invest for your own return and at the same time enable the founders to build their social impact fund. Read more

From first conversation to participation in four steps. The fund has a monthly dealing day: the moment at which new participations are issued.
A complete subscription form must be received no later than five business days before the dealing day, and the payment no later than three business days before. If that is not possible, participation moves to the next dealing day.

The subscription form can be viewed on this site. Please also read the Information Memorandum and the Terms and Conditions. We also advise you to seek independent advice.
Registration and statutory checks
You register using the subscription form and provide the requested documents. The fund administrator, AssetCare Fund Services, carries out the client due diligence: identification, verification of your bank account and the source of your funds, in accordance with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering Act (Wwft) and Sanctions Act.
Confirmation of your application
Once accepted, you receive a confirmation with payment instructions before the dealing day. You pay in euros, from an account in your own name at a bank in the European Union.
After that, you receive a financial overview each quarter via the AssetCare Portal with commentary on developments in the fund and the market, an annual statement for your tax return each year, and the fund's annual report.
