Keystone21 B.V. handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process, why we do so and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are

Which data and why
- Market analysis request. Name, e-mail address and, if you provide it, phone number. We use these to send you the market analysis. Legal basis: your consent.
- Later contact. With the consent you give when requesting the analysis, we may contact you later by e-mail or phone about the fund. You can withdraw that consent at any time, after which we will no longer contact you.
- Contact and introductions. We use the data you give us by e-mail or phone to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Participation in the fund. For entry, we and the fund administrator process the data needed for subscription and the legally required client due diligence. Legal basis: performance of the agreement and legal obligations, such as the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering Act (Wwft).
How long we keep your data
We keep data from a market analysis request for no more than two years after the last contact, or shorter if you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep participants' data for as long as participation lasts and thereafter as long as the law requires; for client due diligence this is five years after the end of the relationship.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us, such as our hosting provider and e-mail service, and, for participants, the fund administrator AssetCare Fund Services. We have agreements with these parties on security and confidentiality. Your data stays within the European Union.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, nor third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Send an e-mail to info@keystone21.com; we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security and changes
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. We may amend this statement; the current version is always on this page.
